Kids Inc Awarded Apprenticeships Top 100 Employers!

The Department for Education has recently acknowledged employers across the country for their exceptional dedication to apprenticeships through the ‘Apprenticeships Top 100 Employers 2023’ league table, which highlights the most exemplary apprenticeship initiatives over the last year. As sector leaders in early years training and apprenticeships, we are delighted to announce that we have been named as one of the top 100 employers! This is a tremendous accolade for our Lead Apprenticeship Trainer, Sarah Austin, who had the opportunity to receive the award on the company’s behalf at the House of Commons!

Sarah stated: ‘It was an honour and privilege to collect this award on behalf of Kids Inc Nurseries at the House of Commons. We are very passionate about the training and development we offer to our teams to enable them to continue their professional growth and development and would like to say a huge thank you to the Department for Education for recognising this. We are so proud to be working with our apprentices and will continue to support those wanting to enhance their knowledge and skills.’

‘For the past two years, we have been developing our Training Academy, and looking more closely at what more we can do as an employer. We value the amazing contributions apprenticeships have for those new to the sector and those wanting to upskill and enhance their knowledge and skills. As a company, our goal is to be on the journey with our apprentices, mentoring and guiding the next generation of early years practitioners.’
